Car needs the junction bus under the passenger seat rewired/replaced and MAY need a fuel pump - won't know until the junction bus is fixed. Junction bus quote from reputable European car repair shop estimated $300-400 including labor for this repair. IF the fuel pump has to be replaced, a new BMW part w/ labor was ~$700. I have a new car and just don't need to fix this one and just want to get rid of it. She has approx 202K miles and has a lot of life left in her. Transmission was rebuilt in January 2017 and only has a little less than 10K miles on it. Would make a great starter car for a teen - very heavy, very durable, and very reliable.
