This is a mechanic's or DIY dream car. Replaced MAF (Mass Air Flow), and again on warranty. Car still stops suddenly when at idle after driving at speed. Restarts, but it is a hassle. Mechanic (not Volvo specialist) thought it was bad rings, causing excessive moisture blowing through air filter via PCV. But redirecting the PCV away from the air filter did not fix the problem. (Don't think they tested compression). Needs new shocks/struts. It has been a pretty good car for us. We are only the second owners. Never wrecked. Clean inside and out. Needs a few other small things... one of rear doors unlocks manually only, right rear seatbelt jammed, and needs to be replaced/repaired. Haven't had a chance to look at it. Has new remote for car, but they need to be programmed. Has jump seat in back. Replaced turbo, works great. Also replaced axles/CV in front. It is just waiting for your loving attention.
